Once You Are Registered

Once details of the house you are selling and the home you hope to buy are registered our database will be searched immediately to identify possible Swaps. We will make this information available to you and anyone else included in your registration details. In most cases this will be your Estate Agent.

This search will be repeated every time there is a new registration added to our database. We advertise our properties on Fish4Homes and several other similar property sales websites to encourage new registrations. When a new swap is identified an email will be sent to all parties on the registrations involved. To see details of the possible swap you will have to Login on our website. Estate Agents have a seperate Login which is acessed from the top left corner of the home page. The "Welcome" page will appearand clicking on the smiling face below the welcome mat will show you a brief description of the new swap. Clicking in the bottom right of this box will provide the "Key" details of the potential swap. Clicking in the top right of these details will show full details of the house if they have been provided to us. These will include information about arranging a viewing if you are still interested at this stage. If no further details are available an email address will appear to request further details or arrange a viewing. We fully appreciate the frustration this causes which is why we encourage the provision of full property particulars and photographs.

This daily search will continue indefinitely until your registration is cancelled. When your registration is 3 months old we will require confirmation that it should continue and we will do so again at regular intervals. Failure to respond will result in your registration being removed from our active database.

Our logo will be available for inclusion on press and internet advertisements for your home. A sticker of the logo for display on "For Sale" boards will also be available at a later date if there is sufficient demand for this.

The home you are selling/swapping will be given an unique number which can also be included in any advertising for it. Inserting this number in the search facility on our home page will direct potential purchasers/swappers to the full details of your home wherever they are located on the Internet.

Your registration details are password protected but can be changed anytime. This will result in another full search of our database as if it is a new registration. You may wish to use this facility to widen the criteria in your registration to obtain details of more swappable properties. To protect our database from unauthorised use you will not be able to use this facility too often and changes will be rejected. If you have a legitimate reason for repeated changes please contact us and full functionality will be restored to you.
