You have a property which you need to sell before you can buy another.You wany to avoid delays which in most of the UK are usually due to Chains.You are relocating a short or long distances or even Abroad.We introduce the sellers of homes to each other because there is a strong possibility they could buy each other's homes. (We are simply a match making/dating agency for houses).
Once the difference in value between the houses in a swap is agreed the legal process is the same as normal sales/purchases but often much simpler and quicker. Falling property prices should not be an issue when swapping as the value difference is the critical factor. Most of our swappers have small mortgages or own their homes outright so the credit crunch and the lack of mortgage finance is not a problem for them. Stamp Duty Land Tax can also be reduced in some circumstances. ( For more information see "Price Flexibility" below). We have access to Mortgage Finance if it is required.
Estate Agents use our service and we encourage this. You can register your home directly on our website if your agent will not. Articles from The Daily Telegraph, Sunday Times, BBC and others provide more information and can be seen by selecting "Press Articles" below. BBC1 are broadcasting a new series of 20 programmes "House Swap" each weekday from Monday 15th June at 11.00am. We and some of our users have been heavily involved in its production.

Registration Charge £34.99 including vat: Our only charge is for registration which will continue for as long as you decide you want our service. If you are selling/swapping a property in England or Wales it may require a Home Information Pack which we can arrange if necessary.
Our 3rd Year: April 09 was the 3rd anniversary of the start of our service which was unique. Our success has been acknowledged by the launch of several copy cat websites since so we are no longer unique. However our service is much more than just a website and many of the strategies we use which we do not publicize are still unique. The Copy Cats seem to have no understanding that as the number of swapping sites increases the chances of swapping success diminishes unless swappers register with all the sites. Of the thousands of homes registered with us around 70% are in the UK and the 30% abroad are mainly in areas popular with owners of UK origin. It is necessary to register with us to view these homes and we only provide our users with details of properties that match their requirements. Around 25% of our users are very flexible in the location and type of new home they wish to buy and we provide many properties for them to select from. Many Swaps happen as a result.
Our Guarantee: We cannot guarantee to find you swaps or buyers. We can promise that our unique approach will attract additional potential buyers to view your property and they will consider it more seriously than other similar homes that are not swappable.

How it Works: We are not a property portal like the majority of property websites. You cannot view or search for any of the properties in our database. Once registered you will only be shown homes that are potential swaps and match the criteria you have given us. New properties are continually being added and you will be contacted as soon as new potential swaps are identified. We use a variety of strategies to attract new sellers and their properties. Displaying a selection of typical homes registered with us on several property sales websites is one of our strategies.
